Upearl: with Unique Shine & Eternal Brilliance
Brand Communication & Marketing Strategies
As the project manager for Upearl, my primary responsibility was to ensure alignment between strategists, analysts, and the client, and to guarantee that all stakeholders were satisfied with the final deliverables in 3 month period. Upearl, a young brand with a parent company specialising in high-quality saltwater pearls for global brands, faced the challenge of dividing a single brand into two main product lines with a limited marketing budget. To overcome this obstacle, I was tasked with finding a clear growth path for Upearl that would help them take the first step into online marketing. In addition to assist our senior strategist in conducting competitor analysis, my most significant contribution to the project was assisting Upearl in building brand architecture and defining its brand style. I also led the website planning process, including the creation of creative content and wireframe prototyping, ensuring its future communications are synchronised well with the marketing strategies across all channels

Each jewellery of Upearl is designed to showcase the natural beauty and radiance of the wearer, allowing her/his inner beauty and characteristics to shine through. The brand is dedicated to bringing out the unique beauty in every person and helping her/him create unforgettable moments through the brilliance and uniqueness of the Uternal Pearls.
